Running Tour Trailblazer Itinerary
We’ve put together a programme of runs and dives, but these are subject to change according to fitness levels and what’s required. On any given day, there are a range of optional extras. These include personal training, life coaching, spa massages, cycling trips, yoga sessions, and tennis and swimming coaching.
Day 1 — Arrival & Short Trail Run
Morning - Travel to your luxurious four-star accommodation in the bustling town of Acharavi on Corfu’s north coast.
Meet our team, which includes programme manager Henry Daeche, personal trainer Jimmy Tsirigotis and Carl Daeche personal life coach.
18:00 - A short trail run, which will take in the expanses of Almyros Beach.
Day 2 — Diving
09:30-15:00 - Discover a hidden world of beauty in the waters around Corfu. Our diving instructors cater for divers of all levels of experience.
Day 3 — Trail Run to Mt. Pantokrator & Yoga
08:00 - A gentle trail run up into the lower foothills of Mt Pantokrator. Jimmy will guide you through sun-dappled olive groves along ancient donkey tracks.
12:00-12:30 - Yoga on the beach with Lisette, our yoga teacher.
Day 4 — Hard Trail Run
08:00 - A harder trail run, putting you through your paces. We can promise spectacular views — and a real sense of achievement.
Day 5 — Diving
09:30-15:00 - A diving trip. Corfu was governed by the Venetians, French, Russians and British. This colourful history has left a wealth of wrecks in its shallows.
Day 6 — Trail Run & Yoga on the Beach
08:00 - A trail run, with the level of difficulty decided by participants.
12:00-12:30 - Yoga on the beach with Lisette.
Day 7 — Departure
Morning - Fond farewell and travel back to the airport.
