Sole of Corfu was established by Fiona FitzRoy (Owner) through our mutual love of nature, wellness and exercise. Our aim is to promote health and wellness holidays in beautifully architectured spaces.

We want our guests to feel fitter and to unwind from their daily jobs, to feel rejuvenated by nature, surroundings and to indulge in the healthy Corfiot cuisine.

Through our carefully planned tours our guests can experience the beautiful, forgotten trails of Corfu’s landscape.
